I am a marketer, writer, speaker, and coach dedicated to the study of wisdom and the spreading of good ideas.

As a writer and thinker, I have had articles and interviews published in CBC Radio 1, Metro News, The Globe and Mail, Maclean’s, and The Hamilton Spectator. As a speaker, I have delivered workshops and keynotes at McMaster University, the University of Toronto, Windsor University, and Guelph University. As a marketer, I have worked in key roles for some of the fastest-growing businesses in my hometown of Hamilton, Ontario.

My background and skill set is best described as eclectic. I have an engineering physics degree, with a double major in business and a minor in mathematics. I have worked in marketing and business development roles in four different industries: construction, colour, consulting, and executive coaching. I have consulted for nonprofits, accountants, and startups. I spent three years moonlighting as a university researcher studying experiential learning and ego development. I have been a musician, artist, dancer, and lighting director. I am a trained coach, and have ten years of mentorship and teaching experience. Most recently, I have become an independent scholar of religions interested in applying ancient wisdom to modern-day life.

In my consulting work, I have assisted organizations with brand development, website redesign, stakeholder/consumer understanding, and digital marketing execution. In my small-but-growing coaching practice, I work with students, young leaders, and high-potential employees who want to develop their leadership and strategic acumen.
